'Whiskey' is the last of a dying breed, a railway signal man whose passion and joy for his job is infectious. His memories are vivid and colourful unlike the machinery he once operated, now weathered and worn. Being a signal man on such a formative industry for this country means that his experiences hold much of the essence of what this country was built on.
