Creatively explore the theme 'Make Your Mark Australia' through your photograph.
Whether it be early in the morning, the middle of the day or watching the sunset, the unique laugh of the Kookaburra is instantly recognisable from both an Australian and foreign perspective. This "merry, merry king of the bush" is distinctly known for its Australian distribution, its happy laugh, its peaceful flight as well as its curiosity towards our human ways. It is from all of its amazing habits and features that cameras are instantly drawn to its striking pose, ensuring locals and tourists take a piece of true Australian wildlife back home, and it is from its amazing reputation that the beautiful Kookaburra makes its mark for Australia. Through my photo I aim to convey the close interaction between humans and our feathered friends.
