Having such a wonderful location close by for exercising is an inducement to get out and about. My friend shown in the photo exercises every day at the beach. Sometimes I join her, as on this day. It's so important that we keep as fit as possible and particularly as we age. I admire Maggie's daily persistance and the way she encourages others to join in the fun activities.
